I know it's more or less a known bug but it's been happening so much lately. It's quite disruptive to not only have to manually purge but also have to purge every ipoker hand for the day because PT4 misread one hand history somewhere https://gyazo.com/44368b3e4c5e67a25b64e7087950fb6f

Please send a sample of these iPoker hand histories to us in a Support Ticket. By default PokerTracker 4 moves those files to your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option.

Without seeing your hands I can't be 100% sure, but I believe that this issue is fixed for the next release, and the fix is included in the latest alpha version which is linked in this post.

For the correct results you need to import the hand into the alpha version of PokerTracker 4 WhiteRider mentioned that contains the fix for this issue - see attached:


So download and install this alpha version of PokerTracker 4, purge the tournament and then reimport it (Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk).
