Does PT4 works fine for PLO SPin&Go (3 players) on Pokerstars.fr?

I am not aware of any issues. We have a guide for getting things setup with PokerStars here:
PokerStars Configuration GuidePokerTracker 4 only supports English so hand histories need to be saved in English (PokerStars Client -> Settings -> Playing History -> Hand History) and the PokerStars client needs to be running in English (PokerStars Client -> Settings -> Global -> Language -> English). Also for the most accurate reporting of tournament results you must save and import PokerStars tournament summary files in addition to the hand histories:
