GG Poker support?

Postby joncandoit » Wed Jan 19, 2022 3:38 pm

Just wondering if there is any plan to offer support for GG Poker? In particular 5 card OMaha poker would be nice

Hands downloaded from GGPoker can be manually imported into PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk' however 5 card games are not supported at this time.

After manually importing the heads from GGpoker into PT4, where are they stored? I can´t see any GG folder in the User Data Forder.

The data from imported hands is stored in PostgreSQL which is the program where PokerTracker 4 stores your poker data. If you are referring to the original hand history files then there will not be a GG folder in the 'Processed' folder since only hand history files that are auto-imported from (Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing) get archived to the 'Processed' folder and hand history files that are manually imported from (Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk) stay where they are although you are free to create your own GG folder there and manually archive the files after importing.

Is there a plan to add this in the future? I would be willing to pay extra for a PLO5 support.

I don't know if/when support will be added but you can get notified of any change in that regard by opening a Support Ticket.

Once the hands have been imported, how do we configure GGPoker, as it is not in the list of Poker Networks under Play Poker -> Configure?

GGPoker is not in the list of Poker Networks as it does not need configuring since the hands are not saved by the poker site while playing. After importing hands manually the data will be available to view in PokerTracker 4 using the name GGPoker uses for you in the hand histories which is 'Hero' regardless of your actual screenname on the site.
