I just updated to PokerTracker 4.16 and I noticed it offers new versions of PostgreSQL. I just checked and I'm running PostgreSQL 9.0.16 (on Win 7x64 SP1 + ESU). This seems to be woefully out of date. Which if any PostgreSQL version would be safe to update to?

Do we include StackBuilder in our installation? I feel like it was recommended to skip that during the initial installation.

StackBuilder isn't required so you can skip the option to install that.
