I keep getting this error when I try logging in, I was grinding today and PT4 crashed multiple times.

I use PT4 everyday but have recently went through the "Housekeeping" tutorial as it was recommended to me by PT4 as it said my database wasn't running optimally, could this have something to do with it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Please update to PT4 v4.16.2 from the PT4 Download Page if you didn't already.

If you have the problem with that version please do submit your crash report as that is very useful to the development team.
Please also open a Support Ticket so that we can get back to you with any updates.
