I have bought a new computer and downloaded PT4 onto it and added in my license code.
I've tried a restore from a zip file , everything unzips as its supposed to but when its finished , I dont see any players or any hands
I know its a bit vague but can you give me some ideas of things to check please

How are you restoring exactly? If you are manually unzipping the backup file that's not going to work. A backup file is restored via the 'File -> Restore' option in PokerTracker 4 or via the 'Database -> Database Management' window:
Guide: Backup & RestoreIf the restore process is being followed correctly then is the restored database in the 'Database -> Database Management' window? Is it the currently active database?
