How to View Stats with Ignition Poker

Postby RiKD » Mon May 16, 2022 11:26 am

Hi,

Everything seemed to be set up correctly. The tables showed up in the Ignition Grabber app but when I go to View Stats in PT4 I get a pop-up that says "Player Needed" - "In order to run this report, you will need to select a player to run it against. In the following window, please search for your player name on the poker network you play on." The problem being that on Ignition everyone is anonymous including myself so I don't have a player name. What do I do about this?

Your name in grabbed and downloaded Ignition hand history files is 'Hero' so that's what you will need to search for.

It is still not working.

All the hand histories are there under C:\Users\[computer name]\AppData\Local\PokerTracker4\HandHistory and that is what is setup under Directories Configuration.

I don't know what to do.

Are you selecting 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' to import those hands? At the end of each session the files should get moved to the 'Processed' folder so you shouldn't be seeing older files there if they have been imported. If you have been importing then please open a Support Ticket with your support bundle so we can check your logs:

Play Poker > Get Hands While Playing did the trick. Thank you.
