Hello! I use an online translator.

I've been using PokerTracker for 9 years now, but when playing from my MAC computer I can't see the HUD on the tables (it actually appears when I "hold left click and drag a table", but when I release the mouse the HUD disappears). In other words I can't play and see the HUD on the tables, except "hold click and drag the table"

PT4 is reading hand history fine while playing, HUD shows up in PT4 replayer, my MAC pc has 8gb RAM, Intel i5

Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue you've described and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket. The support bundle is created via 'File -> Create Support Bundle' but if you are not seeing that menu option you should update to the latest version of PokerTracker 4.
