Unable to import hands

Hi, I saw in my results graph that it was not showing a result from at least one tournament. When I looked it up it says as the picture. I don't really know what to check for in my configuration, and I have not played any Tempest hold'em.

Your import window is stating it's finding 169 files which can be problematic including a file called robots.txt which I do not recognise and that indicates a configuration issue so please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket so we can check your logs. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. With regards to the Tempest hands being logged you can also attach those hand history files to the ticket.
