Several Problems

I'm having several problems with PT4. First the ACR hands are not importing. After a while, an ACR window appears as "loading" and ACR just disappears. Apparently this only happens with PT4 on. And whenever that happens, it stops importing hands, even from other sites. The blue screen of death often appears when I am using PT4. I even changed my computer, but the problems persist.

Please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue you've described with ACR hands not importing and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket so we can check your logs and advise you accordingly. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
