Tournaments are not being counted by pt4, besides not showing my own stats on the HUD

That is unlikely to be caused by an update to PokerStars so please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4.
Play a tournament and then attach a Support Bundle to a Support Ticket so that we can see what is going on.
Please also attach the hand history and tournament summary files from the tournament.
