After formatting PC, Hud stopped working on Spins

Good afternoon

I formatted my computer...restored the backup, after that pokerstars Spin&Go hands...are not added to the database. The strange thing is that PT4 reads hands... even the hud on Spins doesn't work anymore, it even opens... but it doesn't show any status

Please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue you've described and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
