Hello,
since today the hud dosnt appear on the PS-table. I wanted to install the newest version, hoping that this will fix the problem. Therefore I started with the BackUp as recomended. The following appeard:

Creating temporary folder

Backup Canceled.

So the BackUp isnt done, right? What to do about it?

Please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4.

When creating the backup save it to the root of C:\ (you can move it elsewhere afterwards) and disable everything under 'Optional Files'.

If the backup still fails attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
