help please

I purchased PT4 last night, struggling to get it working - I have no live hands and the HUD is not working either.

Any help would be appreciated.

On what poker site is this? Without further information on where you are playing I cannot be more specific but please check your Poker Site(s) are configured correctly with PokerTracker 4.

If that is setup correctly you can test this on a table by clicking 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' and after playing your first hand you should see that get imported into PokerTracker 4.
