I bougth the small stakes upgrade version but I still have de version without upgrade, what I have to do?

Your account shows the upgrade and it is all done through your license so there should not be any need for you to do anything (other than restart PT4, but since you purchased the upgrade a while ago I'm sure you've done that).

Please go to Help > About PokerTracker to check the status of your license.
If it does not show the Holdem full stakes edition there, or iIf it shows that you have the full stakes edition but something isn't workinI, please open a Support Ticket and attach a Support Bundle and one of our support technicians will be able to get you sorted out.
