GG Poker Ontario/ HH's

Postby TheTender31 » Mon Oct 03, 2022 11:58 pm

So GG launched in Ontario, Canada's segregated market last week and I just noticed in PT4 that under 'Won' I am getting one # and under 'My C Won' I am getting another despite my PT4 currency being set to CAD. Is there a way for me to make it so PT4 recognizes GG HH's as CAD and not USD (yet)? Attaching a sample HH below

The hand history is not specified as being in $CAD but if you attach a sample of your downloaded files to a Support Ticket we can take a look at that for you. In the meantime you can try setting the 'USD to CAD' exchange rate for your GGPoker sessions to '1' via 'Database -> Currency'.
