Issues with hand's import on Winamax

Hello,

I recently redownloaded PT4 and try to set up the hands import with Winamax but i encounter issues.
The file is detected, the seat parameter is correct, the HUD is working on tables and the import status on PT4 detect the numbers of hands and tournament i played. But whenever i go to my graphs or "View today's hands" tab, it's empty. I don't understand why the hands are detected but won't appears on the soft.

Do you guys have any idea how to fix this ?

Make sure you have the correct player selected in PokerTracker 4 - see this guide:

Guide: Changing the Active Player

Also make certain that you are looking in the proper section of PokerTracker – cash game data ($) and tournament data (T) are separated so if you have imported only one type of data you would not see it in the other section. If you are looking in the correct section check that you do not have any filters set that would prevent data from appearing but if none of that helps then please attach a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window either here, privately via a direct message to me or in a Support Ticket.

Okay thank you, my bad i was on the the cash game data ! It's fixed now !
