I'm also experiencing this problem but think I have found the root of the issue. PT4 is only correctly importing Bet365 hands that involved a cashout if the player that elected to cashout ultimately goes on to lose the hand (it doesn't matter whether they are ahead or behind at the time the cashout occurs). If the player that chose to cashout wins the hand, PT4 is unable to import the hand hand history due to "Invalid rake in hand" and "No winner found in hand" errors.
Of 37 total hands in my database that involved a cashout, the person that cashed out lost the hand every time. I only noticed this issue during a session I played today, so will open a support ticket and attach the raw hand history files from that session (it follows the same trend with 2 cashout hands failing to import when the cashing out player won, and 1 hand successfully importing after the cashing out player lost).
