HUD is suddenly no longer displayed

After my HUD had been working flawlessly for years, since yesterday it is suddenly no longer displayed (Pokerstars), although I haven't changed anything. Please help.

I also created a ticket (No. 864424 concerning "Huge Difference between Sharkscope and PT4") and have not received an answer to date.

May I ask for a timely response to both issues? Thanks in advance!

Please make sure everything is still setup correctly to import your hands as sometimes a PokerStars update can change things:

PokerStars Configuration Guide

If things are configured correctly turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce the problem by playing on a table for a few minutes with 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' active in PokerTracker 4 and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket so we can review your logs and advise you accordingly. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
