PT4 Not recording tournament hands

Playing on Ignition
Played 215 hands and made it to final table
Was "Get hands while playing"
No hands recorded

Any specific setting I need to enable? Would like to see possible places I could make improvement and study hands.

Importing hands while playing on Ignition requires an Ignition Hand Grabber subscription. Alternatively you can manually import downloaded hands from the Ignition client using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk':
