Games Played Discrepancy

I'm wondering why there is a discrepancy between the number of hands I've played. Under Cash, Results tab, all game, all dates, all stake, all bet types i get 8840 hands. Under site summary, same sub groups I get 11,536, granted 87 hands are from Party Poker. Why would this happen and which numbers are correct?

The site summary report is the total number of unique hands imported from the site which isn't necessarily the same thing as the number of hands played by a specific player. The higher number of hands on PokerStars is usually from observed hands which have imported via the PokerStars memory grabber but it can also be from hands imported under another screenname.
