Problems importing hands from PT4

Hello everyone and thanks for reading this.
My problem is that I have requested my hand history several times from Pokerstars and when I try to download it to my PT4 I get a tab that says "THE STATS HAVE BEEN EXPORTED FROM A NEW VERSION OF POKERTRACKER. THEY CANNOT BE IMPORTED"
I have sent several messages to pokerstars explaining the problem and they send me again and again my hand history with the same problem.
The version of my PT4 is version 4.17.8 and it won't let me update to a higher one. So I don't understand what is happening.
Can someone please help me? How do I download my history?
