I need help sending hands from Holdem Manager 3 to Poker Tra

I bought Tracker yesterday and before that I used HM3, I have all the saved hands that I played in the last year, so I would like to transfer them to Tracker, I researched how to do it and followed the procedure on the website, but it didn't work for me. . When I click on convert HM3, it doesn't find anything, so the conversion isn't done. I've been suffering with this for a few hours now, trying to resolve it.

Your screenshot shows the "convert from PokerTracker 3" page, and there isn't a direct conversion from HM3 databases at this time.

You will need to import your hand histories using 'Get Hands From Disk' on the Play Poker page.
If you have all of your original hand history files you can import those directly.
If you do not have the original files then you will need to do a full export from HM3, and then import those files.
