Error reading nicknames

Hello, I have a problem with statistics and nicknames in 6-max cash games. Stats appear on the wrong player on several tables, and when I adjust them manually, the ones that were correctly placed become misaligned. For example, player A's stats appear on player B.

This probably means that you need to configure your preferred seat settings in PT4 to match the settings you use with your poker site.

Go to Configure > Sites & Import Options and select your site.
Update the preferred seat settings to match how you have your poker site configured. If you play at different table sizes be sure to set the seat for each table size.
Open a new table and play a few hands. (Do not move the Hud until at least a couple of your played hands have imported - if you get observed hands at your site then these will not align the Hud correctly so do not move it before you have played some hands.)
Once the Hud has updated with your own stats reposition any stats that are by the wrong players.
Use the PT-icon to Save Layout.
That layout will now be used at any new tables of that size at that site.
You will need to repeat this for any different sites and table sizes that you play.
