ChampionPoker not working

Hi everyone,
I recently signed to PT4 and configuring my sites I saw that even with iPoker network configuration the HUD does not appear when playing on ChampionPoker, I set correctly the HH import and it is actually importing hands, but the HUD just doesn't show. Does anyone know how to make it work on ChampionPoker?

Do you have the poker software installed in English? Having it in a different language will mean that the names do not match between the hand history and the table windows, so please reinstall in English in that case.

Otherwise, please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4.
Play a few hands at a single table and take a screenshot of the table window.
Create a PokerTracker Support Bundle and attach it to a Support Ticket with your screenshot and the hand history file from the session so that we can see what is going on.

Weirdly after some time it started to work :O Sorry for bothering your team.
It just sometimes does not open in some tables, but after reopening the tables a couple of times it starts to work
