iPoker HUD takes a long time to load

Hello, the hud wont load properly when i am playing ipoker, sometimes the hud will take like 15 minutes to load (the hud wont appear but i think pt4 is still retrieving hands) or the hud will load with random data (like Player4 in the name of the player and some random stats) and stays like that for a long time

So we can investigate that and follow up with you please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue you've described by playing for a couple of minutes and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket.
