ClubGG Hand History Import

Hi, I have downloaded hand history text files to import into PokerTracker 4. I updated my software to the latest release. When I attempt to import the file, I receive the error "Warning: GG Poker: Unrecognized game type: nlh no limit ($0.5/$1) (Line #xx)"

I attempted to manually change the value in the first line to "Hold'em No Limit" which allowed the HH to import but some of the actions within the hand were missing and overall the HH was corrupt.

ClubGG hands are not currently supported by PokerTracker 4 but if you open a Support Ticket we can notify you should support be added in a future update.

hmm, I see - I also see information about clubgg in the 4.18.2 release notes, is it "unofficially supported"? is there some workaround you recommend to put the HHs into a format that PT4 can understand?

That was for hands generated from a third party hand converter and doesn't apply to hands downloaded directly from ClubGG. Unfortunately I don't have a workaround you can use for downloaded hands.

Got it. Which third party hand convertors do you support? I am fine to complete that process on my own, my intention here is to get the hands into PT4 for review.

The converter is from Elite HUD which can be trialled and purchased from here. Please note that this is only for generating hand histories from the table(s) you are playing on - it will not do anything with your downloaded hand histories.
