Do you mean custom automatic notes? If so, yes you can. You can access the interface by going Tools -> NoteTracker and then press the "Edit" button, you can then create your own rules.

Of course, you can also enter manual notes by simply clicking the note editor icon on the HUD.

Raised flop with non-nut full house, no draw & SPR >= 4

you only need to write the sequence ( Raised Flop Any .......) using the filter pop up when you clic on player or opponent ... so sickkk ...

i'm a user of note caddy & it's look like great this Note Traker ..... need some time to known how it works but it feel easy to custom ...
