Your exact settings work for me. Please reproduce the problem and then attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a
Support Ticket so that we can see what is going on for you.
Thanks

There is no log file in this folder/my computer.
But logging is enabled.
Maybe log files will be created only if Pokertracker4 crushes in general.
In this case only the window of the equity calculator "crushes". The problem is only that the calculation don't work and I can't stop. But it is no freeze. I can close the calculator window by clicking on X on the right top and then I can continue in pokertracker......

Actually I do see the freeze, although the calculations work for me. When I tested last night I just closed the window after the calculation displayed.
Do you see that folder? You need to replace "yourname" with your windows login name. The file is called PokerTracker4.log but you may see it as "PokerTracker4 (Text Document)" if you have file extensions turned off in Windows.
