Unable to tag hand while playing (beta v4.01.2)

While playing SNG I had an error when trying to tag hands for review later, tried several time and always the error message :



I'm using 4.01.2, so I don't know if it's fixed in latest 4.01.4 release.

I don't see anything addressing that in the release notes. Could you please attach your log file to a support ticket and post the ticket number here for us?

Can't find how to submit new ticket with the new site ! Sorry... I can see my ticket history but no option to create new one.

After having the error I installed latest version (4.01.4) and played on Winamax, tried to tag a hand and had no error this time.

So you're not seeing the problem in 4.01.4?
I think this has been addressed, but it would be good to have that confirmed.

Yes I can confirm that I had no error today when tagging hand while playing, tried on Pokerstars where I had the error yesterday. Cool.
