Is the Omaha Hud should be working ?
It doesn't appear on partypoker.fr, whereas the holdem one is fine.

It should be, yes. Make sure that Party is installed in English and that the hands are importing.
If so, restart PT4 and play a few hands at a single omaha table. Attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket along with the hand history file and a screenshot of the table window so that we can see what is going on.
