Mouse right click Edit Tournament Results not working

Subj. In any section, for example Results, I select any tournament and right click on it then click on Edit Tournament Results -- it doesn't load that tournament for editing.

Can you send us a log file of this via the support system and post the ticket number here? I'd like to see what query is running.

sure, I just can't find logs, there is no such file in program folder at first glance...
you should make personal signature in the forums with link to the ticket registration (it is very well hidden and how to find log files

In PT4 click File --> Show Data Directory.

The log is in that folder.

btw it worked two times for me when I was trying to induce the same problem. But the problem still persists. Ticket 115710 contains log file.
