VPIP

Postby PJs Ronin » Tue Dec 27, 2011 11:41 pm

Can I get a definition for the new VPIP please. I've been in a FR tourney for 35 minutes and my VPIP is 0(0/6) and I'm pretty sure I've played a couple of hands.

Edit: 4 hands later my VPIP went to 14(3/22). What am I missing here?

VPIP is any time you choose to put money (or chips) in preflop. If it is limped to you in the BB and you check, that doesn't count. Any preflop call or raise counts as VPIP.
One thing that can cause a "jump" in stats like that is a changing number of players at the table. This is configured under "Number of players filtered" in the Hud Options - check out "Player Ranges" in the PT3 Tutorial: Configuring HUD Options as it works the same way.

So I deleted all settings under "Number of Players Filtered", does that mean the HUD will show all stats on players regardless of how many players were at a table?
