NoteTracker Newrules for old hands?

1. If I add a new rule for NoteTracker will it also be added to all old hands in the database or just for new ones at the table?
2. What happen when I manuelly import hands? Will NoteTracker also add notes to these HHs?

(1) If you add a new rule it will be used for other hands going forward - if you want to reprocess all hands you'll need to purge and have NoteTracker reprocess in the Tools -> NoteTracker -> Status page.

(2) When you finish manually importing hands, NoteTracker will start running on the existing hands in the background. It can take quite a while though so if you need to close PT4 you may need to restart NoteTracker manually later to have it finish up all imported hands. You can see the NoteTracker Status on the aforementioned Status page, and start it up there if you need.
