sometimes there are "phantom" tooltips still visible.

That is odd - is the HUD still running at all or have you stopped getting hands while playing entirely?

At the time I took the screenshot all game tables and replayer were closed

Have you restarted PT4 since?

I don't think so, but I could now.
I have the timestamp of the jpeg, so we should know about when it occured.

If you haven't, don't - click File --> Show Data Folder in PT4. That will open the folder where the logs are. The logs are text files called PokerTracker4 and PokerTracker4Hud- please attach both of them to a support ticket and post your ticket number here.

I tried, but every time I upload a file the support page resets itself, ......

If the log is too big you may need to
compress it before attaching. The limit is about 5MB.
