HUD position issue on 888 cash tables

If you can reproduce this please restart PT4 and play a few hands at a single table. When you see the problem attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket along with a screenshot of the table window and the hand history file for the session.

Hi, was there any solution to this? I got the same problem, Treat as in preferences is enabled.

This thread is over 5 years old and I am not aware of any current issues on this. Please make sure you are using the latest versions of PokerTracker 4 and if you have any further trouble restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file and that will help us figure out what's going on here. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
