tarix wrote the NoteTracker functionality. If he says it doesn't work, it really doesn't work - he understands the internals better than anyone because he wrote it. No matter how it seems to you, this is the way it is for now - as we said earlier, this is on a list to improve for future versions. Until those versions are released there is no quick or easy fix here.

Seems like you're doing something special with the notes and autonotes as they don't show up in the queries in PT4 log. While it still looks like you're talking about apples and I'm on to oranges here, I'll leave it at that and let you mix up the salad:)
