Postby Vokaluk » Thu Aug 16, 2012 6:16 am

Thank you in advance.

That happens when you run out of RAM and PokerTracker needs it. Can you cut down on the number of programs you have running? How much RAM do you have in your machine?

That definitely shouldn't be happening for you then.

Please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem if you can. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears.

Once we can see what was going on prior to the out of memory condition we can figure out what we need to fix in order to keep it from happening again.

Please do not forget to do this. We need your logs to identify the actual problem.

Click Start type:
%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\PokerTracker 4

and hit enter. That will bring up the folder the log file is in. Send us the text file called PokerTracker4 that's in that folder via the support system.

I had the same error but while importing. I believe if you click OK, it will automatically send a crash report to them (it will tell you if it does). Unlike errors that hang the software.
