Every hand imported is an error

Postby QTip » Wed Oct 10, 2012 1:15 am

I've just installed the latest beta. I play on americas cardroom. Every hand imported shows as an error; however, the data shows these hands have been imported.

Also, when I downlaoded this beta version it told me I needed to update the database. I interrupted this process...now I'm not sure if I screwed up something or not. Is there a way to do a manual database update to see if this is the problem?

Thanks.

The database update definitely needs to be done, or you will get problems.
If you restart PT4 and your database wasn't updated properly then the process should start again – does that happen for you?

No it doesn't. I even reverted to the old 4.01 version and then reinstalled the beta 4.05. It didn't prompt me to update the database.

The easiest way is going to be creating a new database (in the latest Beta of course) and reimporting your hands to it. With a database of that size it will take some time though. What version did you update from?
