Poker tracker 4 problem

Hello!
I have a problem with PT4. Namely installed the trial version, manually imported the hands of the PS folder. Database of 11,000 hands this process has passed, but when I turned on the automatic importing hands from playing the following message appeared in the extras: An error occurred in an internal database import thread.
Exception: Unable to connect to database: PokerTracker 4 Database
However, in the main window PT4 I get this message:

I would add that the version of PostgreSQL is 8.4, which worked with the HM2.

If you click Database -> Database Management are you able to create a new database there?

So, I created a new database, and each time the error occurs again.

How are you loading these hands in? If you have a lot of hands you should be using Manual Import or the Setup Assistant. If you're using auto import/Get Hands While Playing, it's going to cause problems and trying the Setup Assistant (you can find it in the Tools menu) will likely work for you.

I loaded the hands manually. I used the setup assistant, and now I get the following error Error: PokerStars: Unable to launch auto-import for site: PokerStars. Reason: PokerStars: No Directories to Monitor

Make sure you have PokerStars set to save your hand histories in the Options --> Instant Hand History options. Once you check that PT4 should detect the folder and things should begin working properly for you.

I install PT4 client on new PC and I dont know what should I write to "Configure PostgreSQL Database" I try write new database and databse on my old PC and not even one

When installed PokerTracker 4 did it ask if it could install PostgreSQL for you? If so did you notice if the PostgreSQL install completed successfully and had you rebooted your computer before trying to use PokerTracker 4? Click your Windows Start button then type the following command:

services.msc

and click on it when it appears. Do you see the PostgreSQL service in the list? Is it started, or can you start it?
