Are the NJ sites supported by PT4? If so, which ones?

Currently the only site that is working is PartyPoker.

To my knowledge, both WSOP & Ultimate do not write hand histories therefore we cannot support them until they do.

We're still researching the other sites.

Best regards,

Derek

P.S. Auto-detect may or may not find the correct Party hand history directory but if you configure it manually, it will work.

What about Borgata? They share player pool with Party.

If they're using the Party software and write hand histories in the same way that Party does, it will work.

Any updates? I am hoping 888 NJ will work, since PT supports 888.

If it's pure normal 888 it will work however I'm not certain that there haven't been changes. I know in Nevada for example they removed the writing of hand histories -- obviously if that happened in NJ, we wouldn't be able to import what wasn't created.

Are they seriously disabling HH writing in the US? wtf is this?

Also, do you know for certain Party is sharing a player pool with Borgata? Cuz if so, I'm moving to Jersey :D

My information is not 100% so please do not take me as the gospel truth.

If it is the same software and it works the same way it will just work with PT4. I haven't gotten confirmation one way or the other yet.

I have tried all of these. PartyPoker NJ works, it saves the hand histories to c:\programs\partynj\partypokernj\handhistory\USER (where USER is your partynj username). Borgata should work the same, but I prefer playing on party, since the borgata people lost my bonus and never answer an email. If I get my bonus, of course I will try it out. Just the principle. PartyPoker NJ has one issue, lots of griping on 2+2, which is their USA lobby is terrible, but that's another story.

Neither ultimate and wsop allow hand histories. ultimate says they don't clearly, wsop has said they do not on one or another forum, and I cannot see how to save hand histories in their client.

I believe 888 also does not allow hand histories. At least I can say that there is no 'save hand histories to disk' checkbox anywhere I can see in the client. And they are difficult to reach for support questions. So for now, I am fooling around on partynj, for one thing the pool is reasonable, and PT 4 works perfectly.

The normal 888 software used worldwide does write hand histories - you can find its configuration guide for PT4 here.
