PT4 v4.10.7 doesn't register Double or Nothing SNG properly

Postby robertpankowski » Thu Feb 06, 2014 5:21 am

Hi! I don't know if this is a common problem, because just recently I started playing Double or Nothing SNG on OnGame (Redbet) and if I lost the SNG it's registered as a $20.00+$2.00 STT with the correct place and result, but if I win it's registered as a $22.00+$0.00 STT with no results or places. I have to correct the results manually for every tournament that I win.

Can this somehow be fixed?

Please attach the hand history in question to a support ticket and we'll make sure to look into this further for you.

Should I export it from PT4?

The original hand history would be preferred; you can find it in your Processed folder which is listed in the Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Preferences window.

It looks like Redbet uses MicroGaming software so you'd want to refer to this guide however please note that only tournaments are currently supported on Microgaming as they no longer provides full hand histories for every cash game hand.
