HUD frozen

HUD frozen

Hello,

I play on pokerstars and very often the hud is frozen.
The stats stay frozen.
I already tried to stop and restart the hud but nothing is changing.
a little help is welcome, thank you

I have same problem. It was working fine 2 weeks ago. Now HUD doesn't update at all.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. Once we have your log files we'll be in a much better position to figure out what is going on here for both of you.

Just out of interest, do you guys have Windows 8 or Windows 8.1?

I have found Windows 8.1 seems to cause problems for some people, especially when bootcamped on a mac.

PT4 works fine on Windows 8 so we will need to see your logs to find out what is going on in your particular case.
