Information about All-In Equity Precision / Import Speed

Hello,

When I go to
Configure->
Site & Import Option ->
Preferences->

I have there the point "All-In Equity Precision / Import Speed", where I can use "Dead Cards" and "Preflop Enum".

I cannot find any Information about this.

For what for is it?
Does this affect the import speed, when I make import from disc?
