Import problem

When I click `get hands while playing` PT4 crashes - no answer and i have to run task manager to shut it

If you are not using our current version v4.10.9 please update. PT4 Download Page
Check that your hand history folders are configured correctly for your sites by following the appropriate Configuration Guides. If you have one of your sites trying to import from a folder containing a lot of files which aren't hand history files that can cause problems for example.
If you still have the problem please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your logs and see what is going on.
