I updated from 4.11.3 to this new version and after I hit "stop getting hands" button, PT4 freezes like in previous versions. My ticket is 152666.

Can you replicate the import issue with 4.11.4 and send us your PokerTracker4.log file? The last log that you sent is only 50 seconds long. Let import run for a few minutes then stop importing and immediately send us your PokerTracker4.log file before you restart PokerTracker.

Best regards,

Derek

I've sent it after 15min, hope that is ok. I noticed that it impots 38 duplicates, one more than the last time I've opended it. (each time it does that)

After attempting the update my main database with 900k hands is hosed. Ticket # 152663

Image

A handful of my databases are now showing as invalid and cannot be accessed. Others updated without incident:

Tried backing up before attempting the update, but I gave up on it after 5 hours and attempted to update without backing up. I have a Time Machine backup of the intact Postresql folder (about 16GB) but reverting and going back to 4.10.9 is a fail.

Try this. Open your terminal and type:

echo 9.0 > "/Library/PostgreSQL/9.0/data/base/1940/PG_VERSION"

Restart PostgreSQL and see if that fixes the issue.

We're working on the next release which fixes this issue. It should be available within the next 24 hours (or sooner).

How do I restart PG? Restart the computer?

I typed that command into the terminal and I'm not sure if anything's happening. After pressing return all I see is a > on the following line. Usually it'll prompt my computer's name when it's ready for the next command.

And did you mean 19420?

Oops. I forgot a quotation mark at the end.

echo 9.0 > "/Library/PostgreSQL/9.0/data/base/1940/PG_VERSION"

-bash: /Library/PostgreSQL/9.0/data/base/1940/PG_VERSION: Permission denied

Tried sudo, still denied. I'm an administrator.

Stop PostgreSQL first.

sudo /sbin/SystemStarter stop postgresql-9.0

echo 9.0 > "/Library/PostgreSQL/9.0/data/base/1940/PG_VERSION"

sudo /sbin/SystemStarter start postgresql-9.0
