WP4 stopped working with update (I think)

Good afternoon.
I use an online translator.

I've been months using PT4 without problems.
Yesterday I upgraded to version 14.11.1 and then ask me to update my database, after you update stopped working.
Restore PT4 with a backup he had recently saved but still not working.
When I start to run the hands I get error and they doubled but does not appear the HUD or the program reads the hands... also when I press "stop getting hands" always keeps locked and I have to close it from the Task Manager.

This puts part of "view import status":
Error: PokerStars: Unable to import (#116496941196) hand. Reason: Error: Unable to execute query: Fatal Error; Reason: Error: (ERROR: missing FROM-clause for table entry)

I'm thinking of uninstalling PT4 and postgress and reinstall it.

Do you know what can be the problem?
