Problem with the last upgrade

Postby zequi1998 » Sun May 25, 2014 12:15 pm

Hi Support.

I have upgraded to the 4.11 update and did the database thing that took like 3 days. HUD doesn´t work at all on regular cash tables and on zoom tables I can see everyone HUD but mine.
Today I´ve installed the 4.11.2 version but its the same. I coudnt play properly since last wednesday.
Help please, greetings!

I have exactly the same issue, with additionals

- no HUD on regular tables
- no hud for myself on zoom
- hands are importing (can see counter going up) but nothing on stats / reports / *view todays hands* is empty
- obviously due to no hands.. nothing else is working.. all my figures are out etc.

Please advice the solution for the above person and what I need to do.

Its ok if you haven´t found the problem but tell me something.
Almost a week without playing properly and no news from you guys.

We are looking into your issue and I expect you'll hear back from our support technician today.

It's disingenuous to say there's been nothing from us given that we've already released two patches to 4.11 since it's initial release, and we are expecting to put out a third either later today or tomorrow.

Im sorry but two updates that change nothing Is not a answer or a fix. And let me say that everything started with the last upgrade that PT release, a release that was obviously not tested properly.

If you dont like my complain its ok, but poker its my job an I´m losing money. Hope you understand.

From now on I will only update when there is no options.

greetings.

If you look at our release notes you can see there were quite a few things with each of the last two point revisions. If we had a fix for your issues we would have included it; it was a more complex issue that required more research since none of our alpha testers were affected by or reported it during alpha testing.

I understand you are upset, and you just want it to work. We want the same things here. And we are working on a fix right now and as soon as it's ready, it will be out.

When I said that I´m not updating untill its necesary I was talking about the 4.11 release. I regret of that update.
But it´s ok. I see you point and I understand that you´re working on it.

Thanks for your time and your kind answer, greetings.
