Did you read that I just said I couldn't afford to go play and lose money to create those logs?

We cannot reproduce this issue, and we need log files in order to figure out what is going on in your case. If you will not provide them, then I can't guarantee that your issue will be solved in a forthcoming release.

Could you guarantee that you fixed previous issue that you got so many logs of? Also you cannot reproduce an issue that so many people are getting and already sent you log of, that's not good at all. I cannot provide them because the software is bugged and we are playing poker for money. Not very hard to understand, start testing or send me money to test it, it's pretty clearly a fuck up due to your software if so many people are getting it. Also typically there are 10 times more people getting the problem than people posting, and I've rarely seen that many people post about it.

Anyhow I seem to have managed to get the log on two days ago after I updated so you should have all you need.

I've sent the report to PT4 and they were able to reproduce the bug, they are working on the fix and it will be released soon.
I'm not 100% sure that the bug I found is related to the slow import, too, but since I deleted from my HUD all the stats which were effected by the bug I found everything works well for me and for all my players, too.
