Months Later, still need help

I'd really like someone else to take a look at my PokerTracker 4. I had a remote session with tech support but he could not fix the issue. He said the new release would most likely fix it, but its actually worse than it has ever been.

Poker tracker works fine for about 5 minutes while importing hands while playing but then freezes and is unusable. I have completely deleted pokertracker 4 many times and re-installed it. I have enabled logging and submitted a report several times as well.

Please have a technician contact me and see if we can try again to get poker tracker working.
